It tends to be prone to allergies and it is preferable to use specific products for it only. Options are often limited to a few products, and sensitive skin typically has a range of factors and substances that may cause irritation. Therefore, try to identify what irritates your skin as much as possible and avoid it completely.

  2. It is preferable to minimize the amount of products used on the face as much as possible.

  4. Drink water regularly.
  5. Exercise.
  6. Eat healthy foods such as fish, vegetables, and fruits.
  7. Use natural soap free from synthetic fragrances.
  8. Use pure essential oils instead of manufactured perfumes.
  9. Use a natural facial cleanser with light ingredients, free from chemical fragrances.
  10. Use organic skincare products. Bathe in warm water and avoid hot water.
